From 1994 to 2001, on behalf of Acad. V.N. Strakhov, the Director of the UIPE RAS, led the establishment of computer network (CN) in the Institute. In 2008, organized regular (once every four years) All-Russian tectonophysical conferences – “Tectonophysics and Grand Challenges in Earth Science” – in the UIPE RAS. A Chair of the Youth Tectonophysical Conference held once every two years in the UIPE RAS since 2009. In 2013, organized a monthly All-Moscow Tectonophysical Seminar in the UIPE RAS. A Chair of Tectonophysical Section of the “Council on Problems of Geotectonics and Geodynamics” at the DES RAS. Conducted studies of recent crustal stress fields and crustal paleostress fields of the Northwestern Caucasus and Crimea jointly with J. Angelier (C.R. Acad. Sci. Paris, 1994, Geoscince, 2011). In 1998-2000, as a participant of the UIPE RAS seismological team (Head S.S. Arefyev), conducted a survey of the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant construction site, Iran. In 2001 and 2002, was a visiting researcher in Seismological Laboratory, Northern California (Head Prof. W. Mooney). In 2004, by invitation of Prof. E.M. Chesnokov, worked in the Oklahoma University, USA, on the subject “A Study of the State of Stress in Hydraulic Fracturing of Oil and Gas Reservoirs”.
